Applicable objects: Individuals and institutions that propose cooperation in exhibitions, performances, videos or work archives
In order to ensure that exhibitions, performances, sports images and cross-media projects can be accurately displayed and maintained for a long time, the association adopts a phased submission method for the first cooperation summary and subsequent work materials. The first letter is used to determine the subject matter and professional suitability, and there is no requirement to send all high-resolution files directly.
Inclusion of a work in discussion does not equate to confirmation of exhibition or disclosure. Only after the display version, technical conditions, signature, image usage, dissemination scope and archive preservation method are confirmed, the relevant content will enter the specific project arrangement.
1. Summary of first cooperation
The summary should enable the association to understand what the project is, why it is suitable, who is responsible for it and what public content it hopes to generate.
- Project theme, curatorial or event issues, main audience and intended public.
- Propose the basic background of the subject, main responsible roles and existing implementation conditions.
- An overview of the type of work or content, volume range, medium, size or duration.
- Proposed time, space or platform requirements, as well as safety and accessibility matters that may be involved.
2. Works and technical information
After preliminary adaptation and communication, work-level materials will be organized according to specific project requirements. Special fields can be added for different media, but the following basic information should remain intact:
- Title of the work, time of creation, medium, size or duration, language and edition.
- Credits to creators, performers, photography, sound, curatorial and other actual actors.
- Installation, playback, venue, equipment, transportation, preservation and site safety conditions.
- License to use images, clips, subtitles, music, character appearances and third-party materials.
3. Confirmation and Disclosure
The Association bases its evaluation on topical relevance, content completeness, technical feasibility, rights status and public presentation conditions. When supplements are needed, clearly point out specific deficiencies at the work, technology or licensing level.
Before the project is executed, a written work arrangement should be formed to clearly display the version, roles of both parties, time nodes, communication content, signature, archives and exit conditions. Unconfirmed pictures, videos, work files and private information will not be entered into the public page.
