Applicable objects: Project leader, research and practice team and personnel responsible for result materials
In order to enable the project process and results to be mutually verified, the association requires formal projects to submit an appropriate amount of stage materials at key nodes. Stage records are used to illustrate how problems, methods, and scope develop, and do not require that work that is not yet mature be packaged into a final conclusion in advance.
Culture, sports, art and cross-border projects can use different materials such as research notes, interview records, training observations, work samples, curatorial plans, video logs or data explanations. The specific form is determined by the project method.
1. Stage record
Each node should respond to the actual work of the current period and at least explain:
- Current issues, scope of work, and changes from the original plan.
- Methods, materials, scenarios and participating roles that have been used.
- The content of the stages of formation, unresolved problems and follow-up arrangements.
- The ethical and rights status of people, works, and institutional materials.
2. Achievements and signature
When submitting results, practical roles such as research, creation, curatorial, performance, technical, editorial and material support are distinguished. Agreements within the team cannot reduce signatures that should be retained by law or professional practice.
After the results version, citation method and disclosure scope are confirmed, the review will begin. Content that has not passed the review or lacks authorization will remain as controlled material and will not be published in the name of the association.
