Applicable objects: Individuals and institutions that agree with the association’s purpose and have relevant professional practices
After the establishment of the HCSA Sports and Art Development Association, it carried out professional recommendation of members, directional invitations to the association and professional work contacts around the fields of culture, sports, art and interdisciplinary collaboration. After being informed of the procedures, candidate individuals and institutions must submit basic information that is consistent with the nature of their subjects. Social titles or general supporting opinions will not be used in place of professional experience.
Professional recommendations or targeted invitations are used to understand the candidate's relationship with the association's purpose, professional direction and public responsibility. After becoming a member, participation in topics, reviews, exhibitions, honors or governance work still needs to be confirmed separately in accordance with specific systems and authorizations.
1. Basis of recommendation or invitation
The recommendation body, the responsible unit of the association and the candidate body should jointly confirm the authenticity of the materials and explain the following content:
- The basic identity, main professional direction and ongoing practice of the person or organization.
- Specific links to culture, sport, art or cross-border work.
- Verifiable record of representative experience, accomplishments, or public service.
- Understanding of the association’s purpose, member responsibilities and information disclosure boundaries.
2. Acceptance and follow-up
The association checks the recommendation relationship or invitation basis, professional relevance and completeness of materials according to the charter and membership system. When supplements are needed, the missing content will be clearly stated and no private material irrelevant to the review will be requested.
After being formally invited and confirmed to be accepted, a member profile will be created and the valid status will be maintained. Independent project records are formed when members participate in specific work; public information is limited to authorized and necessary fields for identity verification.
