Applicable objects: Professional workers and related institutions in the fields of culture, sports, and art
In order to promote professional work in the direction of cultural inheritance, sports humanities, artistic practice and interdisciplinary collaboration, the association accepts liaisons on topics from professional workers, educators, researchers, creators and related institutions.
Contact is used to understand real issues and establish preliminary discussions, and is not equivalent to project establishment, exhibition confirmation, expert recruitment or institutional cooperation. The Association arranges follow-up communications based on professional relevance, accountability and likelihood of record creation.
1. Contents of the letter
The first letter should be based on an abstract. It is recommended to state:
- The direction of the topic, the specific objects and the questions you hope to answer.
- Have a foundation in research, creation, education, community or institutional practice.
- Possible roles, respective professional experience and responsibilities.
- Topics, activities, exhibitions, articles or other results that you hope to achieve.
2. Communication principles
The association first confirms the relationship between the topic and the professional direction, and then determines whether it is suitable for entering into innovative research, activities, exhibitions or general consultation. When multiple fields are involved, the working methods of each major are explained separately.
Communication without written confirmation does not constitute authorization or cooperation commitment from the association. Matters that enter the formal arrangement further clarify the tasks, time, signature, data use and termination conditions.
