Notice on the verification of members’ professional orientation, public information and participation records

release date:Source: HCSA SecretariatColumn: Announcements and Notices

Applicable objects: Individual members, institutional members and designated liaison roles

The association conducts centralized verification of member information, focusing on confirming the basic information, main professional directions, disclosure scope and actual participation records of individual and institutional members. This verification is used to improve existing files and will not reclassify membership levels with professional labels.

When members participate in projects, exhibitions, reviews, honors or public activities, their roles and cycles should be recorded in specific matters. Membership does not automatically certify a person's role as an expert, judge, responsible person or winner in relevant matters.

1. Check the content

Members should check the following information according to their type:

  • Name of individual or organization, membership category and current valid status.
  • Main professional areas, ongoing practice and representative content disclosed with authorization.
  • Public positions, validity periods and scope of responsibilities within the association.
  • Projects, activities and actual roles in which you have been involved.

2. Open boundaries

The website and query results use only the fields required and authorized to identify membership status. IDs, addresses, private emails, complete candidate files and internal opinions will not be made public.

When there is a name change, organizational reorganization, or status change, appropriate records should be provided. The association maintains the current information after verification and associates historical changes with the original membership number.
