Applicable objects: Relevant entities that provide web pages, images, videos, publications and correction materials to the Association
The association's website and digital materials are used to disclose records of institutions, projects, achievements and activities. When submitting content, you should distinguish between original materials, quoted materials and third-party content, and provide necessary sources, signatures and licensing instructions.
When it is found that the subject name, date, role, achievement title, rights status or query information in the web page are incorrect, the relevant subject can make corrections. Requests for corrections should be directed to specific pages and fields and avoid providing general opinions that cannot be targeted.
1. Release materials
Materials intended for public release should have the following basic information:
- Content title, responsible entity, date of formation or release and applicable columns.
- Cite the source, author, publication information or valid link of the material.
- Licensing instructions for pictures, videos, music, works and character information.
- File version, language version and content that needs to be restricted.
2. Correction processing
The requester should explain the original content, proposed content, relationship with the matter and supporting basis. The association distinguishes between textual revisions and factual changes, and content involving facts, rights and status will be updated after verification.
Corrected page maintenance update time and necessary instructions; multi-language pages synchronize and check core fields. For materials whose rights cannot be confirmed or where there are disputes, access can be restricted first and then reviewed.
