Applicable objects: Individuals and institutions submitting exhibitions, performances, images and online displays
In order to standardize the long-term maintenance of online exhibitions and digital special topics, the association provides unified instructions on work materials, display documents, image authorization and exhibition removal processing. Agreeing to filming, reporting or on-site exhibition in offline projects does not automatically constitute a long-term public license online.
Submitters should confirm their authority to provide documentation and identify the actual roles of authorship, cinematography, acting, sound, subtitles, and third-party material. When minors, community information or private spaces are involved, corresponding authorization instructions should be added.
1. Online display of information
Special fields can be added for different media, but the following information should remain complete:
- Title of the work, time of creation, medium, size or duration, and display version.
- Creators, performers, photography, sound, curatorial and other actual credits.
- License scope for images, videos, subtitles, music and third-party content.
- Online time, access period, regional restrictions and allowed downloads.
2. Update and dismantling
When the version, authorship or authorization conditions of the work change, the responsible party should indicate the specific pages that need to be adjusted and the effective time. The association will maintain current content and update records after verification.
When proposing to remove an exhibition, the subject of the request, the relationship with the work, the scope and reasons for removal should be explained. If joint works or controversial materials are involved, the association will first restrict access and review according to the corresponding records.
