Applicable objects: Professionals who accept expert appointment, file update or specific review tasks
The association's expert files are used to record public professional backgrounds, fields of participation and appointment status, and do not automatically form the right to review any projects, achievements or honors. Specific tasks need to be re-matched according to objects, methods and materials and confirmed in writing.
Invited persons should verify the accuracy of public records and describe relationships that may affect independent judgment before accessing substantive materials. Voluntary declaration is used to protect the review process and does not serve as a negative evaluation of professional ability.
1. Appointment and archives
Expert information is limited to task adaptation and necessary disclosure, and mainly includes:
- Main areas of expertise, ongoing practice, representative achievements and public qualifications.
- Types of reviews available, media experience and necessary methodological background.
- Appointment status, validity period and other public roles within the association.
- Fields that are allowed into the expert directory and content that you wish to limit disclosure to.
2. Tasks and avoidance
The task document should specify the review object, scope of authorization, material catalog, evaluation basis, time and delivery method. Administrative decisions or external commitments not included in the authorization do not fall within the expert's responsibilities.
If there are relatives, teachers and students, cooperation, financial interests, rights disputes or other significant relationships with the applicant, author, team or institution, they should be reported in time, and the association will adjust the tasks or make avoidance arrangements.
