Applicable objects: Personnel responsible for each working unit of the association and related matters
In order to complete the annual professional work arrangement, the association conducts file correlation and public field checks on membership, research, review, honors, exhibitions and information matters. This work is for matters that have already been recorded, and no supplementary materials will be used to create projects or results that have not yet occurred.
Each responsible person should confirm the current status of the matter, public name, participating roles, outcome version and rights boundaries based on existing official records. When multiple columns are involved, use the same event name and time frame to avoid conflicting statements on each page.
1. Scope of verification
The annual reconciliation focuses on fields that can impact public understanding and subsequent inspection, including:
- Name of the matter, professional direction, responsible unit and current status.
- Membership, project role, position, or signature of the participating entities.
- Formation time, stage nodes, public version and related pages.
- Scope of License for Images, Works, Documents and Third Party Materials.
2. Organizing requirements
The content that needs to be corrected should describe the original record, suggested content, time of change and supporting basis. Revisions involving only language specifications are treated separately from changes involving facts, rights or status.
After the sorting is completed, the current page will present valid information, and historical versions and corrections will continue to be archived. Private information, internal opinions and original documents that have not been authorized to be made public are not allowed on the website.
