The annual plan revolves around cultural inheritance, sports and humanities, artistic practice and interdisciplinary collaboration, and connects professional groups and the public through thematic sharing, public activities, exhibition readings and achievement dissemination.
HCSA Sports and Arts Development Association launched the 2026 public communication plan in July. Based on the association's four professional work lines, the plan transforms research topics, practical experience and artistic expression into content that the public can read, watch and participate in, and continues to expand the communication space between culture, sports and art.
Annual content will be presented through special articles, public lectures, practice sharing, online exhibitions and phased results releases. Each content not only focuses on professional methods, but also pays attention to its connection with education, community and public cultural life, making the association dynamics a stable window to understand professional practice and social value.
Four professional clues form the entire year’s content context
The cultural heritage section focuses on traditional knowledge, craft materials, local experience and contemporary expression; the sports and humanities section focuses on physical practice, educational relationships, community participation and sports culture; the art practice section covers vision, performance, design, photography and digital media; the interdisciplinary collaboration section develops common topics around public education, youth practice and digital communication.
The four clues will not be treated as separate columns. An issue can move from research to activities, form images from activities, and then continue to be disseminated through exhibitions or articles; clear thematic relationships between different forms are retained to facilitate the public to continue reading in the direction of interest.
Public participation and online reading unfold simultaneously
The association will release participation methods based on the nature of the content. Open events will state the time, objects and participation arrangements in the announcement notice, and the stage results will be continuously presented through columns such as HCSA Updates, Viewpoints and Observations, and Exhibition Center, forming a complete reading path from preview, participation to review.
The public can follow the latest content through the website, and can also provide communication suggestions on culture, sports, art and related cross-border issues. Matters involving specific handling requirements shall be subject to announcements and notifications, while external cooperation shall be handled uniformly on the cooperation and contact page.
