Build a collaborative center that connects cultural research, sports humanities, artistic practice and public communication

The Research & Practice Centre is responsible for cross-field research organization and results management, forming a research agenda around Vietnamese local culture, physical practice, artistic creation and digital communication, and coordinating topic planning, method demonstration, project collaboration, quality evaluation and publishing and archiving.

The center configures professional methods according to research objects, project tasks and public use scenarios. Cultural archives, sports practices, artistic works, and digital publishing adopt adapted working paths respectively, while sharing basic specifications of data sources, responsible entities, rights status, and version continuity.

01Issue planning

Collect problem clues from professional practice and public life, and judge their context, value and research boundaries.

02Project coordination

Match research, creative, educational and institutional roles and identify tasks, timelines, authorship and material responsibilities.

03Quality review

Organize professional matching, independent opinions, modification review and procedural traces according to the type of results.

04Publishing archive

Maintain public versions, abstracts, citations, rights, access levels, and subsequent corrections.

The four functional units form a continuous project governance chain with clear division of labor.

Each unit works together around the same issue number and is responsible for issue management, method coordination, quality control and publication maintenance respectively.

Five working principles define the boundaries of responsibility for research, creation and public communication

The Code applies to research texts, artworks, sports practice cases and digital publications to form a clear and consistent basis for professional judgement.

  1. 01Object and context

Clarify the research or creation objects, knowledge sources, service groups and applicable scenarios, and public expressions must be loyal to the original context.

  2. 02Methods and Evidence

Use archival, interview, observation, creative, teaching or imaging methods that are appropriate to the problem so that the main judgments can be traced back to the materials and work process.

  3. 03Roles and Signatures

Distinguish between responsible persons, participants, consultants, reviewers, and collaborating institutions to ensure that contributions, authorship, and public accountability are consistent.

  4. 04rights and ethics

Confirm the authorization scope, access level and usage conditions of quotations, images, sounds, data, works and personal data respectively.

  5. 05Versions and Corrections

Maintain the continuous relationship between stage draft, review draft, revised draft and public version, and clearly mark important changes and corrections.
