The association adheres to the unity of professionalism, openness, collaboration and publicity, respects the respective knowledge systems, practical methods and evaluation rules of culture, sports and art, and on this basis promotes joint research on cross-field issues and the transformation of results.
The association aims to promote the sustainable development of Vietnam's culture, sports and arts, connect professionals, creators, researchers, educators, members and related institutions, and build a long-term collaboration platform that can support topic formation, project practice, professional evaluation, exhibition dissemination and achievement archiving.

Establish a continuous research and practice system around Vietnamese local culture, traditional skills, folk art, public culture and contemporary expression.
