Five standing honors in response to long-term contributions to Vietnamese culture, sports and art practice

HCSA Honour does not judge its value based on a single competitive result, popularity of communication or scale of activities, but returns to works, methods, practice cycles, participation relationships and public significance. Culture, sports and art retain their respective professional languages, while cross-domain collaboration and youth growth are evaluated as independent contribution aspects.

The five honors can be given to individuals, teams, institutions or projects, but the award objects must be consistent with the representative achievements, actual roles and power relationships. The annual detailed rules further clarify the applicable period, material form and evaluation proportion.

Facing the fields of cultural knowledge, traditional skills, folk art and public culture, it commends professional practices that have formed long-term achievements in protection, research, inheritance and contemporary expression.

HCSA Sports Humanities Practice Award

Facing physical education, physical practice, community participation and sports culture dissemination, it commends practical achievements that combine professional methods, public value and lasting impact.

Applicable subject: Individual, team, institutional or sports humanities projects
Professional scope: Physical education, community sports, physical culture, training records, sports images and youth development
core evidence: Practice plans, participation records, method descriptions, video archives and social feedback
Evaluation focus: Professionalism, quality of participation, educational value, social connections and lasting impact

HCSA Art Innovation Achievement Award

For visual arts, performing arts, design, photography, imaging and digital media, it honors creative achievements with original methods, professional completion and lasting impact.

Applicable subject: Creator, performer, team, institution or complete artistic project
Professional scope: Visual arts, performing arts, design, photography, film and video, digital and cross-media arts
core evidence: Work ontology, creation instructions, performance records, professional comments and rights documents
Evaluation focus: Professional completion, original methods, contextual awareness, viewing value and continuous practice

HCSA Cross-Domain Collaboration Contribution Award

Facing cross-field collaboration in culture, sports, art, education and public space, it commends cooperative practices with clear responsibilities, complementary methods and the formation of practical public results.

Applicable subject: Interdisciplinary teams, collaborative agencies or public projects
Professional scope: Culture and education, sports and community, art and public space, digital communication and cross-media collaboration
core evidence: Common issues, role division, collaboration process, achievement attribution and follow-up maintenance materials

HCSA Youth Arts and Sports Emerging Award

It is aimed at young practitioners and young teams that are constantly growing, and commends practices that have formed representative works, research results or public projects, and demonstrated professional potential and sense of responsibility.

Applicable subject: Young professional practitioners or young teams in the continuous growth stage
Professional scope: Culture, sports, art and cross-field practice, the specific scope of qualifications will be clarified in annual rules
core evidence: Represents results, practice process, professional feedback, growth paths and follow-up plans
Evaluation focus: Current standards, originality, development potential, professional responsibility and public awareness

A common threshold maintains credibility, and classification standards retain professional differences.

The common requirements are only used to confirm whether the results meet the basic conditions for professional evaluation, and do not replace professional judgments in different fields with a set of universal scores. Materials in which there are material doubts of fact, attribution, copyright, or procedure will not enter into the final award decision.
