Clear responsibilities and interconnected organizational relationships
The association's governance system takes the Member Congress as the highest deliberative body. The Board of Directors is responsible for mid-term governance, and the Standing Council handles important daily matters within the scope of authorization. The Supervision and Inspection Committee independently performs supervision responsibilities. The Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary-General and Secretariat are responsible for resolution implementation and work coordination. Professional committees are responsible for research, consultation and professional evaluation in corresponding fields.
Council
Implement the resolutions of the Member Congress, review development plans, annual work and internal systems, and lead the mid-term work of the association.

The professional committee is not an independent governance body, but a working organization set up by the association in accordance with professional directions and specific tasks. The committee provides research, consultation and review support for topics, achievements, exhibitions, honors and other professional matters through clear authorization, professional matching, standardized discussions and complete archiving.

- Professional committees are set up by the Board of Directors based on the association’s work direction, professional needs and annual tasks, with clear scope of responsibilities, work deadlines and reporting relationships.
- 02Composition of committee members
- Committee members are selected based on their professional background, practical experience, career records and task adaptation, taking into account different roles such as research, creation, sports practice, education and public communication.
- 03Discussion and review
- The committee conducts discussions or reviews based on unified materials, topic scope, and evaluation dimensions. Important opinions are recorded in writing and submitted to the corresponding governance agency in accordance with procedures.
- 04Avoidance and secrecy
- When members have a direct interest in the matter being discussed, they should proactively declare and recuse themselves; undisclosed materials, personal information and the review process should be properly managed in accordance with the scope of responsibilities.

- The research suggestions, review opinions, work reports and institutional suggestions formed by the committee will be unified by the secretariat, archived according to public boundaries and linked to relevant project records.
