Use inter-professional committees to support the professional judgment and quality management of major issues of the association

The Expert Committee of Hoa Nhip Association for the Development of Culture, Sports and the Arts is an important working organization for the association to carry out professional consultation, professional evaluation and quality assurance. The committee brings together professional forces for cultural heritage, sports and humanities, visual and performing arts, design imaging, research and publication, and public practice to provide continuous support for the association's development planning, professional systems, major projects, and achievement evaluation.

The committee performs its duties in accordance with the association's charter, annual work arrangements and special topics. For matters such as innovation and research project establishment, exhibition planning, honour selection, achievement release, and cross-field cooperation, the committee reviews issue documents and related materials, forms independent opinions, comprehensive suggestions, and professional risk warnings, and promotes the opinions to be responded to, implemented, and recorded in the association's governance procedures.

Five types of professional seats together constitute the committee’s cross-field deliberation capabilities.

The committee configures professional capabilities around culture, sports, art, research and publishing, and methodological governance. Each topic is reviewed jointly by the relevant seats, so that professional judgment, methodological evidence, ethical responsibility and procedural requirements support each other.

Culture and Heritage Seat

Responsible for issues such as traditional skills, folk art, cultural archives, public culture, cultural education and local knowledge.

Professional Responsibilities
Review the integrity of knowledge sources, cultural contexts, practice subjects, inheritance relationships, and contemporary expressions.

Sports Humanities Seat

Responsible for issues such as physical education, training methods, community participation, physical culture, sports images and youth development.

Professional Responsibilities
Consideration of adaptation to practice, participant safety, methodological evidence, educational value and social impact.

Art and Media Seat

Responsible for visual arts, performing arts, design, photography, film, sound and digital media.

Professional Responsibilities
Review the completion of the work, creation method, media language, display conditions, communication context and rights relations.

Research and Publication Seats

Responsible for theoretical commentary, creative research, curatorial research, publishing and editing, archives and multi-lingual communication and other topics.

Professional Responsibilities
Review of research questions, methodological materials, citation guidelines, version management, editorial responsibilities and public availability.

Methods, Ethics and Procedures Seat

Responsible for issues such as interdisciplinary approaches, conflicts of interest, participant protection, data rights, objections and archival rules.

Professional Responsibilities
The deliberation rules apply, avoidance is sufficient, procedures are consistent, records are complete and open to the public.
