Introduction to the association

Hoa Nhip Association for the Development of Culture, Sports and the Arts

HCSA Sports and Art Development Association was established in 2017. It is a comprehensive association that provides professional exchanges, research collaboration and development services in the fields of Vietnamese culture, sports and art. The association is based in Hanoi and has offices in Pacific Place. It connects members, experts, creators, researchers, educators and related institutions, and promotes the formation of long-term connections between research, practice, exhibition and public communication.

The association takes cultural inheritance, sports and humanities, artistic practice and interdisciplinary collaboration as its four work lines, and carries out its work around innovative research projects, achievement evaluation, exhibition communication, member services, professional honors and public exchanges. Different fields maintain their own knowledge systems, practical methods and evaluation rules, while forming stable collaboration through common topics.

In accordance with the articles of association, the association has established a governance system that connects the member representative conference, the council, the standing council, the supervision and inspection agency, the secretariat and the professional committee. Major matters are reviewed in accordance with procedures, and professional matters are discussed by personnel in the corresponding field. Necessary records are formed during the work process and are continuously filed according to public boundaries.

Facing the society, the association provides public information through information, exhibitions, special research, achievement archives and unified query services; facing members and professional groups, the association supports long-term development through topic organization, project collaboration, expert review and professional communication, and builds an open, professional and sustainable cultural, sports and art collaboration platform.

Founding background

The association was founded out of the growing need for professional collaboration between cultural, sporting and artistic practices. The organization and contemporary expression of traditional culture, the humanistic value of sports and social participation, and artistic creation and public display require not only professional depth in each field, but also the establishment of a common working platform that can cross industry boundaries.

In practice, researchers, creators, sports workers, educators, and cultural institutions often face problems such as scattered topics, difficulty in continuously connecting professional resources, and lack of unified records and social dissemination paths for results. Therefore, the association integrates topic research, project practice, professional evaluation, exhibition communication and public communication into the same working system.

"Harmony" emphasizes the establishment of coordinated relationships between different majors on the basis of respecting differences. The association replaces one-time activities with long-term institutional connections, supports professional judgment with recordable work processes, and enables culture, sports and art to jointly participate in the development of Vietnamese social and cultural life.

Development status

At present, the association has formed a working structure based on organizational governance, with professional fields as the fulcrum of content, members and experts as collaborative forces, and research and presentation as the result path. Each task corresponds to topic proposal, qualification verification, professional argumentation, process recording, results evaluation, public dissemination and archive preservation.

The association continues to promote the connection between membership system, expert appointment, subject research, achievement review, honour selection, exhibition display and information release. Members and experts participate in the work according to their professional background and actual tasks. Research results, review opinions, exhibition materials and honour records are saved through corresponding columns. Important identities and records are verified through the unified inquiry portal.

Facing subsequent development, the association will continue to strengthen the connection between Vietnamese local culture and contemporary expression, expand research on sports humanities and public participation, support visual, performance, design and cross-media art practices, and connect education, community, public space and digital communication through cross-border projects.
